Masala Omlette

This is a easy breakfast recipe. I do it most of the days. Wholesome and nutritious way to kick start the day. So here goes the recipe...

Ingredients:

Eggs - 2
Capsicum, Onion, Tomato, - 1 cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - as required
Oregano - for seasoning
Corriander leaves - 2 tbsp

Method:

Beat 2 eggs in bowl. Add all the veggies, salt and oregano. Mix it well.
Heat a tawa and pour the oil. Once the tawa is hot, pour the egg mixture and let it cook keeping it covered with a lid. Cook both the sides and serve hot.
