Puran Poli(Maharashtra) or Bobbatlu(Andhra Pradesh) is a tasty and is featured in all households during festivals. Though the dough usually used to make is made with maida, but I used whole wheat flour and loved it. I usually like things to be simple, hence I simplified and this is the most simple yet delicious version of Puran poli. Hope you try it.
