Veg Mocktail

This is an amazing drink and a very healthy one. This is ideal for people who don't like to eat few vegetables. I included many veggies, you can include fruits as well. I love to have this early mornings as it does not take much time to make this. Hope you try it... Happy cooking...



Ingredients:

Carrots - 1
Bottle gourd - 1 cup
Beans - 5 - 6
Mint leaves - few
Salt per taste
Black pepper powder per taste
Honey - optional
Water as required

Method:


Wash and chop all the veggies. Add the veggies in the blender and blend it with about 1 glass of water.


Sieve the mixture and add the seasonings according to your taste.
