Baby corn and Spinach Rice

Being a south indian there is no need to say that I am a big fan of rice. I keep experimenting and can make any rice in a jiffy. I will share all the rice varieties in the coming weeks, but here is one that is amazingly simple and you don’t need many ingredients for this. I like to keep it simple and simple this is. So happy cooking…

Cooked Rice - 1 Cup

Spinach - 100 gms
Spring Onions - 3-4 stalks
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tbsp

For baby corn rice

First for baby corn rice, in a pan/kadhai put 1 1/2 tbsp of oil on a medium flame. Add finely chopped garlic and spring onion bulb(finely chopped) and saute for a minute. Now add chopped baby corn and fry for a minute. Now add cumin powder, pepper powder and salt. After 3 minutes add half of the cooked rice and mix well.
